Features
The Nikon Z fc has the same character as Nikon’s SLR film cameras of yesteryear, however its special edition NIKKOR Z lens comes loaded with all the luxurious details of the original design from back then, with the difference being the creative power that is upgraded.
The control buttons are located in the same places as on the Nikon FM2. The mechanisms are incredibly precise, individual dials allow you to control shutter speed, exposure compensation and ISO sensitivity without having to enter the camera’s menu.
This camera has a built-in high-resolution electronic viewfinder, but its design is circular, similar to the optical viewfinder of the Nikon FM2. It has the function of activating when the camera is placed on the eye, this will allow you to see everything very clearly and sharply.
Importantly, thanks to the Z-mount, the huge 20.9 MP DX-format sensor captures more light. And this leads to better sharpness, contrast, focusing speed and low-light performance.
It also has the Eye Detection AF function, which quickly detects the eyes of subjects (both people and animals) and keeps them in sharp focus even if they move.
In addition, you can record 4K/UHD video at 30p or turn everyday moments into unparalleled moments with Full HD slow motion footage. You can also capture images during recording and create dramatic 4K time-lapse sequences in-camera.
