Features

Functions
As for the sensor and image processor of the new camera, they remain the same as those of the X series. The sensor is of the X-Trans CMOS 4 type, which has a resolution of 26.1 megapixels, which is combined with the AF tracking system, allowing 100% coverage of the frame. And in terms of connectivity, it allows connection and transfer of images via Wifi, Bluetooth, or physical as USB-C. They make use of a NP-W126S lithium-ion battery, which allows a durability of approximately 460 shots per charge.
Finally, the brand’s color science applied to film simulations contains up to 18 different types of film simulation tones, which provide amazing depth, saturation and hue.
Approach
The camera has a hybrid AF detection autofocus system, which has 425 selectable points. This AF system detects the faces and eyes of subjects, keeping them in focus at all times, at a fast and accurate speed, regardless of the moving situation they are in. They also deliver sharp, clear results even in low light conditions, with a sensitivity of up to -7EV, allowing focusing even at night.
Video
The camera enables high quality video resolution at high resolution 4K (oversampled from pure 6K data) at 30fps 10-bit 30fps, and Full HD at 240 fps, and can also record slow motion at 24 fps. Highly detailed, high quality sequences can be recorded, allowing professional movies to be created.
